Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to support Head of Marketing across day-to-day projects and campaigns. This role is perfect for someone creative, hands-on, and fluent in Lithuanian & English.

What you’ll do

• Create and schedule social media posts
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Set up, monitor, and optimize online ad campaigns
• Design basic graphics and edit short-form videos
• Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Assist with reports, presentations, and campaign support

What we’re looking for

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (spoken & written)
• 1–2 years of marketing experience (internships count!)
• Knowledge of social media & digital marketing tools
• Basic graphic design & video editing skills (Figma, Adobe, FinalCut, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Mac users
