About the Role

We're looking for a results driven Remote Sales Closer to sell our creative services to United Kingdom based businesses, including agencies, startups, studios, real estate firms, restaurants, ecommerce brands, and more.

This role is 100% commission-based to start, but offers full sales support from our team and a clear path to full time employment after performance milestones.

Commission Structure

• Deals under $1,000: 10%
• Deals between $1,001 - $5,000: 12%
• Deals between $5,001 - $8,000: 13%
• Deals between $8,001 - $15,000: 15%
• Deals between $15,001 - $30,000: 20%
• Deals over $30,000: 20%

Bonus: Close a deal without needing a Meeting with us? Earn an extra 5% on top of your commission.

Hit the Target — Earn Full-Time Role

If you close deals worth $10,000 within 60 days, we’ll offer you a permanent full-time position with a base salary, continued commission, and growth incentives.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and contact qualified prospects using LinkedIn, Google Maps, email, or cold outreach
• Pitch our services with full access to our:
• Company Profile
• Sales Pitch Deck
• Target Market Manual
• Service Breakdown Sheet
• Book discovery calls or close directly
• Maintain clear records of prospects and pipelines

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or client acquisition (bonus if in creative/digital services)
• Strong English communication skills
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, X, or Apollo
• Self-motivated and able to manage outreach independently
