We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing HR tech company revolutionizing employer branding. They’re looking for a Senior Digital Interaction Designer to craft engaging web interactions, animations, and motion prototypes that enhance user experiences.

The Role:

• Design & Prototype dynamic interactions, animations, and micro-interactions using tools like Framer, Protopie, or Lottie.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and marketers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Create sophisticated web interactions, animations, scroll effects, and micro-interactions that elevate user experience.
• Ensure Accessibility & Performance by following UX best practices and WCAG 2.2 standards.
• Present & Advocate design solutions to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 3+ years’ experience in digital or interaction design.

✔ Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

✔You need to be versatile in your design approach, capable of adapting to various styles and meeting the unique needs of different clients.

✔Experience working with large enterprise organisations as the end client is essential.

✔Design and develop dynamic motion prototypes that bring digital experiences to life.

✔ Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developers.
