Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through visual storytelling and design. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from digital marketing assets to print materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our designs are aligned with the company’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and innovative designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media content, website graphics, advertisements, brochures, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop design concepts that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback, ensuring designs are effective and meet project requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure high-quality, cutting-edge designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met.
• Prepare and optimize final artwork for production, ensuring design files are suitable for various platforms and formats.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines and ensure consistent use across all design assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in creating designs for both digital and print media.
• Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools.
• Knowledge of web design and responsive design practices.
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or web design frameworks.
