Key Responsibilities Develop communications content to inspire new and existing donors, leading to increased individual giving. Conduct a full audit of existing social media channels and provide insights and optimizations based on competitor analysis. Create a comprehensive strategy including content analysis, channel strategy, and setup. Stay updated on emerging trends in digital communications and recommend new channels for fundraising and audience engagement. Engage existing supporters, reach new donors, and co-create original, impactful content to inspire and educate. Manage the social media volunteers in areas such as design, digital marketing, and fundraising to ensure projects are completed on time and meet standards. Review and edit content to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, acting as an expert on DEA’s tone of voice.
