Product Marketing Manager

Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a remote-based Product Marketing Manager to join our Farpointe Team. This position is responsible for supporting the design and execution of marketing communications in the promotion of Farpointe’s range of RFID readers and credentials for electronic access control. It will ensure the development and execution of business and product plans across all verticals and channels, driving a shift from product to solution selling, as well as lead strategy development, account planning and marketing requirements to support success. The role requires a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and the desire to stay current with marketing trends and best practices. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $85,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various digital and print marketing channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product messaging and positioning that resonate with target audiences
• Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, presentations, and website content
• Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other events
• Builds and manages relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders, aligning on areas of focus and roadblocks that need to be overcome
• Identifies and evaluates disruptive trends and new technologies that could enable significant opportunities for growth

What We Require

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant success as a creative customer-centric product marketer/brand manager or Strong Internship Experiences
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) required

What We Prefer

• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
• Background in market intelligence, competitive research, or customer insights
