Product Designer – Brand Marketing

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Product Designer to support our premier client’s Brand Marketing team on a 6-month remote contract. The ideal candidate is grounded in strong UI principles, with a solid understanding of UX, and experience designing across web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android). This role requires you to design within an established design system and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors—including engineers working within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces across web and mobile (iOS and Android), ensuring brand alignment and consistency.
• Apply user-centered design principles to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes.
• Work within established design system to maintain design consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, product managers, and third-party vendors (including ServiceNow engineers) to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Participate in feedback sessions, adapting designs based on technical constraints, business needs, and user insights.
• Ensure accessibility and responsive design standards across all deliverables.
• Organize and manage design assets using tools like Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design/UI experience across platforms, including ecommerce, retail, or consumer apps.
• Proficient in Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or related field.
• Strong communication skills—able to clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience working with or within ServiceNow is a major plus, but not required.
• A true passion for Beauty brands and products.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ecommerce flows and promotional content in a retail environment.
• Experience in motion or micro interaction design.
• Understanding of front-end constraints or basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
