Pay: \$1,500.00 - \$2,000.00 per week.

Job description.

Sell across any state (in-person, phone, or Zoom) with free, fresh warm leads and live transfers, proven training from 25+ year veterans, and modern tools (including an AI credit-repair door-opener). You’ll help clients with IULs as private pension strategies, annuities, and Roth conversions, always suitability-first and documentation-tight.

What you’ll do.

* Convert warm Florida leads into consultations and closed policies (life and annuities).

* Recommend IULs (private pension approach), fixed annuities, and Roth conversions as suitable.

* Keep suitability and compliance tight: fact-find, disclosures, documentation, CRM.

* Leverage AI credit repair and educator lists to open and advance conversations.

Must-Have.

* Current authority to sell Life and Annuities in Florida (nonresident OK); 2-15 if FL-resident.

* 2+ years closing life/annuity business in a commission model.

* Virtual and face-to-face sales proficiency; disciplined follow-through and documentation.

Good-to-Have.

* IUL illustration experience; 1035 exchanges; rollovers (401(k)/403(b)/457(b) to annuities).

* Florida educator market familiarity (403(b)/457(b)/DROP).

* Strong CRM hygiene; comfort with AI and automation tools.
