Senior Designer

Duties

We are looking for a senior design profile who can help us build internal products that are client-facing and used by both internal and external teams.

The role requires strong skills in Figma (UI/UX design), as well as working knowledge of Miro and Adobe Creative Cloud products.

A plus would be the ability to edit short videos in Adobe Premiere using our stock footage, and to have some knowledge on AI tools such as Figma Make s

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (UI/UX design, prototyping, design systems)
• Strong experience designing products
• Expertise in interaction design, user flows, and information architecture
• Ability to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
• Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, hierarchy, consistency)
• Experience facilitating product ideation sessions in Miro
• Ability to create polished visual assets and product materials
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Strong documentation and file management practices
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping and vibe coding tools (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable, Bolt, Claude, or similar)
• Ability to build rapid low-code/no-code interactive MVP prototypes
• Familiarity with AI tools that enhance design workflows
• Ability to edit short demo or concept videos in Adobe Premiere Pro - not mandatory
• Experience working in enterprise or B2B product environments
