About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, independent Sales Lead to help us grow across the U.S. You’ll work directly with the founder to build relationships with:

• Independent jewelry stores
• Lifestyle boutiques and department stores
• Art galleries and concept retailers
• Influencers and creators who want to launch their own line

This is a flexible, remote role—ideal for someone with existing connections in fashion, jewelry, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and close wholesale, consignment, or drop-ship partnerships
• Outreach to retailers, buyers, and creators aligned with our aesthetic and values
• Represent the brand with clarity and passion—online and in meetings
• Track leads and maintain light CRM reporting
• Recommend new markets or channels to explore

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in fashion/jewelry/lifestyle sales, retail buying, or brand representation
• Strong existing network or willingness to hustle and build new ones
• Clear communicator, relationship-first mindset, and creative problem solver
• Experience working with emerging or indie brands is a plus
