About The Role We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team at Breakthrough-Consulting-GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content across our social media platforms, enhancing our brand visibility, and fostering a vibrant online community. Your expertise will help us communicate our mission and services effectively to our target audience, attracting new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, excellent writing skills, and a thorough understanding of current digital trends. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Graphic Designer. You should have a strong sense of language, design, and current social media trends. Experience in editing graphics and videos is essential, along with a good understanding of KPI metrics and how to derive actionable insights from data. An interest in the coaching industry and familiarity with its content requirements are highly desirable. You should be able to work in a structured yet creative manner, with a passion for making brands visible and engaging online. Proficiency with graphic editing tools and video editing software is required. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are important qualities for success in this role. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative, targeted social media campaigns tailored to our audience segments.
- Create compelling texts, captions, and visual content to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
- Edit images, produce graphics, and cut videos, including Reels, to capture attention and increase reach.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze their relevance, and incorporate innovative ideas into content strategies.
- Manage community interactions, respond to comments, messages, and foster a positive online environment.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and improve overall social media effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with company goals and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and emerging platforms to ensure our social media presence remains competitive.
