About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full-time Web Development & Graphic Design QC Lead to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process in our web development projects, ensuring that all websites meet the highest standards of design, functionality, and branding. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design, complemented by a solid understanding of web design principles. While prior web design experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The QC Lead will work closely with our development team to review, assess, and approve websites during various stages of development, ensuring compliance with client specifications, company standards, and branding guidelines. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence the quality of our digital products and contribute to our company’s reputation for excellence. Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual and branding expertise.
• Understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) best practices.
• Experience in quality assurance or review processes within web development or related fields is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with design and review tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess websites during development phases to ensure they meet client specifications, branding guidelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with web developers and designers to identify and resolve visual or functional issues before project completion.
• Maintain consistency in design elements, layout, and overall visual presentation across multiple projects.
• Conduct thorough testing of websites for responsiveness, browser compatibility, and performance issues.
• Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to development teams for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all websites are optimized for search engines and adhere to accessibility standards.
• Document quality assurance procedures and maintain detailed reports on review findings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance review processes.
