We’re looking for a CRO & Web Designer who brings taste, creativity, and strong visual direction.

What You’ll Do

You’ll design conversion-focused landing pages and brand experiences for DTC and Shopify brands.

Here’s what that looks like:

• Design high-converting landing pages
• Lead visual branding direction across client assets
• Use Figma as your main workspace for UX/UI and layout
• Balance aesthetics with performance; make things look great and work great
• Learn CRO principles with guidance from our experienced team

You’ll work with multiple Shopify brands, helping each grow faster every week.

What You Bring

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and/or e-commerce design
• Solid Figma skills and understanding of UX/UI fundamentals
• Excellent taste; clean, elevated, conversion-smart design
• Willingness to learn and grow within CRO and apply it effectively
• Bonus: experience designing for Shopify or DTC brands

Challenges

This isn’t a slow design job.

You’ll absorb new CRO concepts quickly, translate complex ideas into intuitive designs, work across time zones, and maintain a high visual and performance standard.

The Details

Start: Part-time (20h/week) → full-time fast if you perform

Pay: €21,000 – €24,000/year (full-time, based on experience)
