Job Summary: The Senior Product Designer will take the lead in shaping innovative products and user experiences across Web and Mobile applications. This role combines creativity, strategy, and empathy to deliver intuitive, human-centered digital designs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll transform complex user needs into elegant, impactful solutions that enhance usability and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interaction Design: Analyze business requirements and user needs to create detailed user flows and task flow diagrams. Develop wireframes and prototypes to gather feedback and iterate effectively.
• Visual Design: Craft visually compelling mockups consistent with brand and UI guidelines. Deliver polished, scalable designs that elevate the user experience.
• Design System: Build and maintain design components within an established design system, collaborating closely with engineering teams for seamless implementation.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and user researchers to refine design strategies. Balance user needs with technical feasibility and business objectives.
• Innovation: Champion human-centered design principles, accessibility, and inclusive design across all digital platforms.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital product design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human Factors, or a related field.
• Proven track record designing for both Web and Mobile products.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing consumer-focused design work with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems that ensure cohesive brand experiences.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Strong animation and prototyping skills.
• Familiarity with usability testing and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Ability to mentor junior designers and lead collaborative design critiques.

Required Skills:

• Interaction design and user experience strategy
• Visual design and design system management
• Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency

Preferred Skills:

• Animation and prototyping across multiple fidelity levels
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards
• Strong communication and presentation skills
