Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog.
• Define success metrics and analyze product performance to guide improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
