Job Description

We seek a skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to collaborate with our clients, ensuring their digital products deliver exceptional user experiences. As a UX Designer at HABT, you will work to understand client requirements, design intuitive interfaces, develop and maintain Design Systems, and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Strategy: Develop and execute design strategies that align with brand guidelines and project goals.

• Problem-solving: Drive the conversation forward and help the team find usable solutions to given problems.

• Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and incorporate innovative ideas into our design process.

• Understanding Users: Understand user needs while balancing business goals (ROI) and technical limitations.

• Debate Ready: Capable of arguing the merits of UI components (e.g., checkboxes versus toggles in English).

• Visual Language: Develop various solutions to improve the visual language of the products.

• Wireframes & Prototypes: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in B2B environments.

• Online or Offline portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• (Nice-To-Have) Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• (Nice-To-Have) Knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
