About Haki Team

We're a small, scrappy team of designers, 3D artists and startup nerds building visuals for the most interesting companies in Europe.

We take insanely complex products and turn them into visuals and strategies that move real metrics: funding rounds closed, investors convinced, conversions lifted.

We're not a polished agency. No account managers, no bureaucracy, no 47-slide credentials decks. Just a tight team that moves fast and genuinely cares about the founders we work with.

We're growing. And right now we need someone who can open doors.What you'll actually do

• Hunt and close. Identify hardware and deep tech startups that need design firepower: pitch decks, 3D visuals, product videos, website design; and bring them in. You're not order-taking, you're deal-making.
• Build relationships, not just pipelines. This ecosystem runs on trust. You'll work accelerators, incubators, investor networks, and founder communities across Italy, Switzerland and Germany.
• Qualify leads before they waste anyone's time. You know the difference between a founder who's ready to invest in design and one who isn't there yet.
• Feed us intel. New raises, upcoming demo days, ETH spin-offs going to market, Techstars cohorts graduating, you're plugged in and you bring that information back to the team.

What we look forHunger over credentials. We don't care how old you are or what's on your CV. We care that you wake up thinking about how to make things happen. Whether you're just starting out or you've been doing this for years, if you feel ready, you probably are.

Curiosity for the deep tech world. Robotics, hardware, energy, aerospace, you're genuinely interested in how these companies work and what founders stress about. You don't need to be an engineer. You need to be curious enough to understand what they're building.

You can sell without being a salesperson. Founders have excellent spam detectors. The best BD in this game doesn't pitch, they listen, add value, build credibility. Then they close.

You're autonomous. Nobody's going to hand you a script and 200 warm leads. You'll build this from scratch, with our support. That should excite you.

You communicate clearly. English is essential. Italian is a big plus. German or French makes you very popular internally.

Nice-to-have

• Some experience in or around startups, even as a founder, intern, or community builder
• Contacts in the Italian, Swiss or German deep tech ecosystem
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Blender, Slack
• You've been to a Techstars Demo Day, a hackathon, or an ETH event, you know how these ecosystems move

• Early. Founding core. Joining now means real influence over how we grow, which markets we enter, which verticals we double down on.
• Full flexibility. Remote, async, no micromanagement. Output over hours. Always.
• A team that has your back. When you bring in a lead, we close it with you. You're not selling something and then disappearing.

Flexible, we'll define the details together based on your situation, your goals, and how you want to work. We're open to different types of collaboration.

Location

Remote. We're based in Turin, Italy, but our targets are across Europe. Where you are matters less than who you know and how you operate.
