Marketing Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

●     Create Visual Content: Design eye-catching ads, flyers, social media and email graphics and other promotional materials.

●     Design Resources: Enhance the visual appeal and usability of our existing checklists, guides, and other resources. Collaborate with the team to create new visually appealing and user-friendly resources that align with our brand.

●     AI Design: Streamline your work and take advantage of the latest advances in AI to create eye-catching ads efficiently.

●     Email Design: Develop and code responsive HTML emails that are visually appealing and functional.

●     Source Images: Find and curate relevant images to complement our content, ensuring they align with our brand aesthetics.

●     Collaborate with the Team: Work with the marketing team to ensure that all designs meet the project goals and brand guidelines. Attend regularly scheduled meetings with team members.

Required Skills:

●     Design Knowledge: Understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout. Experience designing emails in html. Familiarity with using AI to create images and ads.

●     Experience with Design Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver or similar software. Experience with AI and a passion for staying up-to-date on its capabilities.

●     Creativity: Ability to generate original design ideas and think outside the box to create engaging visuals.

●     Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure designs are polished and professional.

●     Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with team members and clearly convey ideas.

●     Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

●     Fully remote, must be located in the United States

●     ~10-20 hours/week
