- Map checkout steps and key decision points.
- Check shopping flows for avoidable friction.
- Document ecommerce design choices for review.
Requirements
- Professional-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Ability to design clear shopping and checkout experiences.
- Ability to organise product information for comparison.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.
- Previous experience designing ecommerce experiences is preferred.
