POSITION SUMMARY
As LinkedIn Graphic Designer at Hivemind, you'll own the visual output that makes our content stop the scroll. You'll work across Hivemind's own brand and a roster of games industry clients. You will be turning briefs, scripts, and frameworks into sharp, on-brand graphics, infographics, and animations that make LinkedIn content genuinely impossible to ignore.
This is a fast-paced production role with real creative ownership. You'll manage brand kits for Hivemind and our clients, build scalable design systems, and collaborate daily with our content writers, account managers, and events team. If you love making things look brilliant, thrive on a clear brief and a tight turnaround, and want to see your work in front of hundreds of thousands of people every month.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design high-quality LinkedIn graphics, infographics, carousels, data visuals, and animated posts for Hivemind and assigned clients.
- Deliver all assets within 24 hours of receiving a brief (on working days) , reliably, every time.
- Build and maintain brand kits for Hivemind and active clients, ensuring visual consistency across all content.
- Revamp Hivemind's existing brand identity as a first priority, then systematically build or refresh client brand kits.
- Produce event assets for gaming conferences , banners, signage graphics, social announcements, and speaker materials.
- Maintain editable master files for all recurring formats so updates are fast and nothing is built from scratch twice.
- Stay on top of LinkedIn design trends and bring strong visual references into content planning conversations.
- Collaborate with writers and account managers to ensure visuals and copy are tightly aligned.
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You have 2–4 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio that includes LinkedIn or social media content.
- You're a strong Canva user; this is our primary tool. Figma experience is a bonus.
- You can produce infographics, data visuals, and animations OR you're genuinely excited to develop those skills fast.
- You're fast, organised, and reliable, you hit deadlines, manage your own workflow, and don't need to be chased.
- You have experience building brand systems and templates that others can use consistently.
- You're open to using AI tools to speed up the creation of variations, iterations, and ideation.

RECRUITMENT TIMETABLEStage 1: Intro Call Objective: Learn more about your background, experience, and interest in the role. Format: 20-minute video call.
Stage 2: Design Task Objective: Assess your design skills. You'll produce a LinkedIn graphic based on a provided brief.
Format: Completed remotely within 24 hours.
Stage 3: Final Interview Objective: Deeper assessment of skills and experience, with questions based on your design task.
Format: Video call with Harry Phokou (CEO) and Frank Velasquez (Content Lead).
