We are on the lookout 🕵🏻 for the next awesome detail-oriented content enthusiast to join HKR.TEAM as a Content Curation Specialist, working for a US-based client in reviewing and managing creative accounts and designs on their platform. 🇺🇸

🔸 Assist our US partner with content curation for their website, making sure everything aligns with their standards.

🔸 Review new accounts and their graphic designs to decide if they’re a good fit for the platform, following clear guidelines and protocols.

🔸 Rate each account and design based on content quality, proposing the disablement or removal of accounts or designs that don’t meet the criteria.

🔸 Take ownership of the accounts in your queue and handle other operational tasks assigned by the client or your team leader.

🔸 Monitor results and report insights to your line managers in the US and Romania during weekly internal alignment meetings.

🔸 Build and maintain a strong relationship with our US-based partner to better understand their needs and business priorities, through meetings, Slack, and email communication.

About you

🌀 You come with previous experience in a similar role; a background in content moderation, customer support, data entry, or QA is a big plus.

🌀 Your English communication skills are excellent (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.

🌀 You’re comfortable using Google Spreadsheets or similar tools (or eager to learn fast).

🌀 You have hands-on experience with graphic design tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar – or you’re curious to explore them.

🌀 You can work independently, but you’re also a reliable team player.

🌀 You’re super attentive to detail, well organized, and great at following step-by-step processes.
