Product Designer, Design Systems

• Develop and maintain comprehensive component libraries and workflows using Figma.
• Establish governance models to ensure the stability and evolution of design systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate design into functional code.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance system adoption across teams.
• Ensure consistent brand alignment and accessibility in digital products.
• Participate in research to validate new design components and standards.

Skills

• Expert proficiency in Figma for creating complex design elements.
• Strong experience in mobile app design for iOS and Android platforms.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and system logic.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage projects independently.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of front-end development concepts like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with research-driven design and accessibility standards.
• A passion for design systems and the ability to drive impactful changes.
• Familiarity with eCommerce trends and mobile UX best practices.
