Hidden is a creator marketplace, TiK ToK Style App, built around engagement, discovery, messaging, and repeat spending, not passive consumption.

Our Client is hiring a Product Designer. This is a senior, hands-on, solo role with full ownership of the product experience end to end.

The Role

You will own product design across the entire application — from onboarding to

browsing, creator tools, messaging, monetization, and retention.

This is not a task-execution role. You will be expected to:

● identify problems before they’re assigned

●propose what to work on

●design solutions

●ship and iterate based on outcomes

What you’ll own

• End-to-end product design across onboarding, browsing, creator tools, messaging, monetization, and retention

• User journeys, flows, interaction patterns, and UI systems

• Identifying problems before they are assigned and proposing what to work on

• Designing, shipping, measuring, and iterating based on real outcomes

This is not a task-based execution role. You will operate with high autonomy and work directly with the founders.

What you’ll do

• Improve conversion, engagement, and retention across the platform

• Simplify complex or broken flows into intuitive experiences

• Design scalable systems rather than one-off solutions

• Think in growth, monetization, and compounding effects

• Establish UX foundations, standards, and reusable patterns

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years Product Design experience on consumer-facing products

• End-to-end ownership of product experience (UX + UI)

• Strong Figma skills (components, auto layout, interactive prototypes)

• Experience designing for engagement, growth, retention, or monetization

• Ability to simplify complex flows and build scalable design systems

• Comfortable owning ambiguous problems with high autonomy

• Able to link design decisions to business outcomes

• Experience with marketplaces, social, gaming, or subscription products

• Comfortable working on adult / NSFW platforms

Relevant backgrounds include consumer social products, marketplaces, gaming or gambling-adjacent platforms, and subscription or payments-heavy products.

What this role is not

• Not a ticket-based execution role

• Not a junior or heavily guided position
