Own the end-to-end delivery of ๐—œ๐—–๐—ข๐——๐—ข๐—ฆโ€™๐˜€ ๐—™๐—ข๐—”๐—ž ๐—ผ๐˜…๐˜†๐—ณ๐˜‚๐—ฒ๐—น ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐˜€๐˜†๐˜€๐˜๐—ฒ๐—บ: lead the ๐—ข๐—ซ๐—•๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—ก ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ท๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜ from CFD and thermodynamic modeling through combustion and heat-recovery design and experimental validation, ensure ๐—œ๐—ฃ ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ (๐—”๐—ง๐—˜๐—ซ, ๐—ฃ๐—˜๐——, ๐—–๐—˜, ๐—›๐—”๐—ญ๐—ข๐—ฃ), and integrate the system into ๐—œ๐—–๐—ข๐——๐—ข๐—ฆโ€™๐˜€ ๐—–๐—–๐—จ ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ for deployment.

โ€ข You have completed the system design, construction and commissioning of a oxy-combustion unit for the ๐—œ๐—–๐—ข๐——๐—ข๐—ฆ ๐—™๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐˜-๐—ผ๐—ณ-๐—ฎ-๐—ž๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ (๐—™๐—ข๐—”๐—ž) ๐—ฃ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜ ๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜‡๐—ฒ ๐—ฆ (approx. 3000 tons MeOH/year).

โ€ข Experience with CFD simulation of combustion processes, ideally oxyfuel or oxy-enriched combustion systems (e.g., using ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, or similar tools).

โ€ข Education in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Energy Engineering, Combustion Engineering, or a related field.

โ€ข Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics as applied to burner and heat exchanger design.

โ€ข Familiarity with additive manufacturing (3D-printing) of metal components, FEM analysis, and design-for-manufacturing principles.

โ€ข Understanding of relevant safety standards and regulations (ATEX, PED, CE, HAZOP) in the context of industrial combustion or process plant engineering.

โ€ข Fluent in verbal and written English.
