We are seeking a highly motivated ๐ข๐ ๐๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ (m/f/d).
You may work remotely. You should have your legal residence in Spain ๐ช๐ธ and Germany ๐ฉ๐ช.

Own the end-to-end delivery of ๐๐๐ข๐๐ข๐ฆโ๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ ๐ผ๐ ๐๐ณ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ: lead the ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐๐ก ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ from CFD and thermodynamic modeling through combustion and heat-recovery design and experimental validation, ensure ๐๐ฃ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ (๐๐ง๐๐ซ, ๐ฃ๐๐, ๐๐, ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฃ), and integrate the system into ๐๐๐ข๐๐ข๐ฆโ๐ ๐๐๐จ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐ for deployment.

โข You have completed the system design, construction and commissioning of a oxy-combustion unit for the ๐๐๐ข๐๐ข๐ฆ ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐-๐ผ๐ณ-๐ฎ-๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ (๐๐ข๐๐) ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฆ (approx. 3000 tons MeOH/year).
โข You achieved all the objectives of the ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป-๐ณ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐๐ก ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ as responsible engineer in the project and project manager.
โข You have delivered the ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฏ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ.

โข Experience with CFD simulation of combustion processes, ideally oxyfuel or oxy-enriched combustion systems (e.g., using ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, or similar tools).
โข Education in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Energy Engineering, Combustion Engineering, or a related field.
โข Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics as applied to burner and heat exchanger design.
โข Familiarity with additive manufacturing (3D-printing) of metal components, FEM analysis, and design-for-manufacturing principles.
โข Understanding of relevant safety standards and regulations (ATEX, PED, CE, HAZOP) in the context of industrial combustion or process plant engineering.
โข Fluent in verbal and written English.
