Freelance Print Production Designer

At Industrial Growth, we build marketing engines for industrial startups. We're looking for a detail-oriented freelance designer to help prepare our marketing materials for print production.

What you'll do:

• Convert Figma design files into print-ready formats for various materials including brochures, banners, business cards, or print advertisements
• Ensure proper resolution, color profiles (CMYK), bleeds, and margins for professional printing
• Make minor design adjustments as needed for print optimization
• Deliver files in required formats (PDF, AI, etc.) according to printer specifications

What we're looking for:

• Experience with print production and pre-press processes
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Understanding of Figma and ability to work with digital design files
• Knowledge of print specifications: bleeds, color modes, resolution requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch potential printing issues
• Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with B2B marketing materials is a plus

Project details:

• Rate: $10-15/hour based on experience
