Responsibilities:

1. Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and high quality across all channels
2. Translate brand strategy into strong visual systems
3. Lead the development of high-quality design across web, digital, print, social media, presentations, and campaign assets
4. Art direct websites, landing pages, campaigns, and overall brand materials
5. Provide clear visual direction for internal teams (design, brand) and external partners
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines with a consistently high level of execution

Requirements:

1. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, digital, and web design projects
2. Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with motion, 3D, and AI tools is a plus
3. Solid understanding of design principles: typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and storytelling
4. Experience in brand design, campaign development, and digital communications
5. Strong attention to detail and high standards of execution
6. Ability to prioritize, work independently, and collaborate across teams
7. Understanding of web design principles and basic front-end constraints (HTML/CSS is a plus)
8. Experience in fintech or other fast-paced, regulated industries is a plus
9. Strong written and spoken English
