• We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer – Email & Digital Activation to support the Client’s Consumer Experience Organization (CXO) and The Studio team. This role will focus on creating and adapting digital experiences through web design, Figma production, Photoshop asset development, and scalable design systems.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, responsive web layouts, design systems, and content adaptation. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to high-impact digital campaigns and consumer experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesFigma Web Design & Production

• Create, adapt, and enhance web layouts, landing pages, digital modules, and responsive components in Figma.
• Utilize established design systems, component libraries, auto layout, and variants.
• Deliver developer-ready files and assets for seamless implementation.

Photoshop Asset Production

• Create, edit, resize, retouch, composite, and optimize digital assets using Adobe Photoshop.
• Prepare production-ready files for email, web, and digital activation campaigns.
• Maintain organized and scalable layered file structures.

Design System Support

• Build and maintain reusable Figma components, templates, variants, and modular design elements.
• Support consistency and scalability across digital projects.
• Contribute to design system governance and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Web Design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including:
• Component libraries
• Variants
• Auto Layout
• Design systems
• Developer handoff workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including:
• Layer management
• Image editing and retouching
• Compositing
• Resizing and optimization
• Production asset preparation
