📣 Director of Growth & Marketing (US – Remote)Sector: B2B | Clean Transportation | Industrial Tech | Energy Transition

A high growth company in the electrification and fleet technology space is looking for a Director of Growth & Marketing. This is a strategic, hands on leadership role owning the entire growth and marketing engine, from demand generation to brand, content, digital, and commercial enablement.

If you’re passionate about building modern, data driven marketing systems that directly impact revenue, this role offers full ownership and the chance to scale a category defining business.

🔑 Role Overview

The Director of Growth & Marketing will build and run a predictable, measurable demand generation engine that fuels the sales pipeline. You’ll own strategy, execution, tools, ops, content, brand, and everything required to convert market interest into qualified opportunities.

You’ll work cross functionally with Sales, Product, Ops, and Executive Leadership to shape positioning, tell the company story, and scale a powerful growth machine.

🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation & Pipeline Growth (Top Priority)

  • Own the full demand gen strategy: inbound, outbound, paid media, ABM, partnerships.
  • Deliver a predictable, high quality sales pipeline tied to revenue goals.
  • Launch & optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and sector specific channels.
  • Build and refine ICPs, personas, and target lists.
  • Lead ABM programs across core fleet segments (transit, logistics, rental, etc.).
  • Track funnel performance: MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Won.

Growth Systems, Tools & Analytics

  • Deploy and optimize HubSpot automation, workflows, dashboards, lead scoring.
  • Build campaign attribution, CAC, and ROI visibility.
  • Manage marketing ops, data hygiene, and CRM integration.

Commercial Enablement

  • Create sales assets: one pagers, solution briefs, case studies.
  • Support positioning for proposals, RFPs/RFQs, and strategic bids.
  • Maintain messaging architecture and vertical-specific narratives.

Brand, Content & Thought Leadership

  • Own the full content roadmap (blogs, whitepapers, stories, newsletters).
  • Strengthen brand presence across digital, events, and media.
  • Ensure consistent voice and storytelling across all channels.

Website & Digital Experience

  • Lead website strategy, SEO, CRO, and analytics.
  • Improve conversion funnels and lead capture frameworks.
  • Manage external agencies (design, content, SEO).

Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute conferences, webinars, and sponsored events.
  • Build co-marketing programs with OEMs, utilities, and ecosystem partners.

📌 Requirements:

  • 10+ years in B2B Growth, Marketing, Demand Gen, or Revenue Marketing.
  • Experience in industrial tech, clean energy, transportation, or EV/fleet ecosystems preferred.
  • Proven track record scaling pipeline and improving funnel metrics.
  • Strong HubSpot and/or Salesforce capability.
  • Analytical mindset: CAC, attribution, segmentation, dashboards.
  • Comfortable operating strategically and executing hands-on.
  • Experience managing agencies, designers, and freelancers.
