We are helping a company that is helping individuals find the right educational path through data-driven marketing and optimized digital experiences hire a UX & CRO Strategist. Their work focuses on improving the way people discover, engage with, and access opportunities in higher education.
As a UX & CRO Strategist, you’ll play a vital role in this mission by enhancing user experiences and optimizing website performance. You’ll design, test, and refine partner websites to ensure they effectively connect learners with the opportunities best suited for them.

Responsibilities
- Conduct UX research and analysis through usability testing, analytics, heatmaps, and competitor reviews
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups with usability and accessibility in mind
- Develop and run A/B and multivariate tests to drive conversion improvements
- Present insights and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and account teams to align CRO efforts with campaign strategy
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and practices to keep our approach cutting-edge
- Provide CRO guidance and support across broader marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and eager to keep learning
- Bachelor’s degree in UX, Web/Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field, OR equivalent work experience
- 2–3 years of experience in UX design, UI design, or UX research
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Strong communication skills to connect design decisions to business goals
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability testing methods
- Marketing background is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with analytics and testing tools (Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, HotJar, CrazyEgg, etc.)
- Understanding of the higher education space is a bonus
