Contract Marketing Coordinator About Us: Jacobson Analytics is a single-member LLC based in Kansas. The business provides accounting services, management consulting services, personal/small business tax preparation, and bookkeeping. We currently have three service lines under scope of work contracts in Q1 of 2026 – small business accounting & management consulting, personal/small business tax preparation and campaign finance. Our Needs: We are currently in need of a broad range of marketing, branding and creative services. These needs also range in complexity and scope. This role is fully remote and project-based; you set your own hours. We are looking for individuals to manage the following deliverable functions on a project basis through December 2025 and January 2026: Campaign/Branding:

• Communication of brand identity and value proposition to target markets.
• Coordinating outreach and market research, along with call/sales schedules/strategies for client acquisition purposes.
• Content creation – Facebook and LinkedIn
• Identify and contract B2B partnerships and joint ventures.
• Other needs as emergent and agreed-upon.

Graphic Design:

• Flyers
• Business Cards
• QR Code Generation
• Website re-design (WordPress experience a huge bonus)
• Feature Writing
• Logo Design
• Menu of Services Creation

Since our needs are urgent, we will conduct a maximum of two interview rounds and the process will conclude by Friday, December 19th. Timeline - The amount and scope of final roles offered will be determined based on the skills/availability of interested talent. We may award multiple contracts depending on skillsets and project fit. Some of the work will have a hard deadline of December 31, 2025 and other work will have a hard deadline of January 31, 2026 – we will also consider breaking the projects into “Phase 1” and “Phase 2” at our discretion. Work can begin immediately after the contract is signed. Work-life balance is important to Jacobson Analytics - you will not be asked to work on any of the upcoming holidays or move family arrangements. ***This is a fully remote opportunity and all communication will be conducted digitally. We want you to hit the ground running upon signing a contract with us. Compensation – The positions will be paid on a 1099 contract basis. Since this posting is not a mark-to-market job description and our marketing/branding function does not exist before you work your magic, YOU TELL US WHAT YOUR SERVICES ARE WORTH. Please propose a project rate that you can achieve your scope of work for. Our “budget for the position” will radically vary based on the ROI potential of your work. At Jacobson Analytics, we are firm believers that “you get what you pay for” from human labor. However, we understand that in the freelance space and those dedicating time for this to be a back-up engagement, you do need formal numbers before deciding if these opportunities for you. For successful completion of your contracted responsibilities, you will be paid no less than $2,000. Timely completion of assigned deliverables will be viewed as the success factor. Jacobson Analytics will also align your compensation with its strategic goals on an incentive basis. Having said that, you will be paid referral bonuses in a profit-sharing manner for any successful leads that you provide for Jacobson Analytics’ service lines. When we win, we want you to win.
