The Role – What You'll Do

You’ll combine deep technical capability with strategic thinking, mentoring others while designing and building high-performance systems.

🔹 Design and implement scalable, modern architecture

🔹 Write clean, performant code and lead by example

🔹 Guide engineering best practices and mentor your peers

🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Data teams

🔹 Influence roadmap, architecture, and long-term technical strategy

What They’re Looking For

🔸 Proven ability to solve complex software problems in a commercial setting

🔸 Strong grasp of architectural patterns (e.g. DDD, event-driven, microservices)

🔸 Experience working with both compiled and interpreted languages

🔸 Familiarity with relational, NoSQL, and columnar databases

🔸 Confident working with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, IaC)

🔸 Bonus points for frontend knowledge (React) or experience with scraping/crawling
