Position Summary:
The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for delivering high-quality solutions based on designs from the product team and architects. In this role, you'll actively contribute to the design process, offering technical and UX insight to help shape scalable, modern solutions that align with Janison’s standards and customer needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop code that meets Janison standards, is performant and conforms to accessibility and quality guidelines (Daily)
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to other developers that will help improve the quality of our code (Daily)
- Be capable of working in a scrum team and contribute to all scrum meetings (Daily)
- Provide advice, mentorship and assistance to junior and mid-level developers (Weekly)
- Work with the Scrum team to improve our systems and contribute to technical specifications where needed (Weekly)
- Maintain skills and improve knowledge through self-education on top of any in-house training (Regularly)
- Contributes to skills improvement of Janison staff through tech training sessions (Quarterly)
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert in C#, .NET (including modern frameworks)
- Strong Angular experience (multiple versions)
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript practices
- Skilled in modern frontend architectures and performance tuning
- Experience developing with AI/ML or integrating AI capabilities into apps
- Exposure to Azure Data Lake, Synapse, and high-throughput data pipelines
- Able to mentor, lead technically, and introduce new engineering practices
