We are seeking a highly creative AI Design Expert to join a product-driven team shaping the future of design tools. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge AI technology to create and refine visual content, including images, styles, and videos, that inspire and empower professional designers. You will experiment with AI-driven workflows, prototype bold visual directions, and contribute to design trends that reach millions of users globally. The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibilities, hands-on AI expertise, and a fearless, experimental mindset to push the boundaries of what’s possible in AI-assisted design. Collaboration, iteration, and rapid prototyping are key elements of this role, along with the ability to communicate ideas clearly in English. Accountabilities

• Prototype innovative visual directions and explore new possibilities with AI design tools.
• Develop and refine prompts to maximize AI creativity and usability for professional designers.
• Iterate quickly on ideas, testing and refining concepts to achieve high impact outcomes.
• Collaborate with world-class creatives to shape AI-generated styles and content.
• Contribute to visual trends and ensure AI-generated designs align with professional design standards.
• Support experimentation and push the boundaries of AI capabilities within the design platform.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in visual design with a strong sense of aesthetics and creative experimentation.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for image generation and prompt engineering.
• Ability to think boldly, take initiative, and drive ownership of projects from concept to execution.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-starter mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• Deep passion for AI, design, and experimenting with unconventional ideas.
