Art Director, Market Access (Remote - US)

You will lead the development of print and digital assets, translating complex information into engaging, persuasive designs. • Conceptualize, design, and develop visual materials across multiple accounts and platforms, including presentations, websites, and training resources
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure high-quality production and creative consistency
• Manage creative workflows, project timelines, and resource allocation across assignments
• Review and critique work of senior designers and designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design software, trends, and emerging techniques relevant to healthcare marketing
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and project success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, graphic design, or a related field; experience in pharmaceutical marketing is a plus
• 4+ years of experience as an Art Director within a creative department environment
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint; familiarity with Mac and PC platforms
• Strong creative thinking and ability to visualize data, charts, and infographics
• Proven leadership, project management, and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail, ability to self-start, and a results-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting ideas internally and to clients
