Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d) - Freelancer (Europe)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d) - Freelancer in Europe. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a major modernization project for a grant management platform supporting operations across multiple European partners. You will develop and maintain web applications, API endpoints, and database integrations using .NET and Angular technologies, while ensuring scalability, performance, and user-friendly design. Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, architects, and product stakeholders. This is a freelance position, providing flexibility and the chance to take ownership of technical solutions that support innovation and sustainability in the raw materials sector. Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core (Minimal API) and Angular, and support legacy ASP.NET WebForms where needed
• Implement robust backend logic and data processing using .NET Core 8+
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, gRPC, SignalR, and WebSocket protocols
• Design, manage, and query databases using Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Entity Framework Core
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, user-friendly applications
• Prepare and maintain documentation for system architecture, APIs, and user guides
• Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments

Requirements

• Proficiency in Angular and ASP.NET Core 8+ for building modern web applications
• Experience with microservices architecture and familiarity with Micro FrontEnds (nice to have)
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, gRPC, SignalR, and WebSockets
• Strong database design and management skills using MS SQL Server/PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and responsive design (nice to have)
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CloudNative approaches and building distributed systems
