This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Analyst in EMEA, North America. We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Product Analyst to help optimize product performance and customer experience. In this role, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to analyze user behavior, define key metrics, and create actionable insights. You will design and maintain BI dashboards, refine product KPIs, and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and comfortable translating complex datasets into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to impact product adoption, enhance user engagement, and influence business outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and leadership to gather and interpret data across the customer journey
  • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Sigma, or Power BI
  • Establish reporting frameworks for new products and analyze product usage patterns
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to define instrumentation and data collection methodologies
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of A/B tests, customer behavior, and product usage to inform strategic decisions
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for business and product teams
  • Promote data literacy and foster data-driven decision-making across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related analytical field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or business intelligence
  • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Experience with BI visualization and development tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma
  • Experience collaborating directly with product and engineering teams on data creation and instrumentation
  • Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics engineering concepts
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bonus: Experience with A/B testing, cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming in Python or R, and advanced analytics techniques
