This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer based in EMEA. This is a fully remote role where you'll play a central part in shaping impactful, user-driven digital experiences across multiple platforms. You will lead the design process end-to-end — from discovery to delivery — crafting intuitive and visually compelling solutions that delight users and drive business results. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll apply design thinking principles to create scalable, high-quality interfaces and help establish a design-driven culture within a fast-growing SaaS organization.   • Lead the entire design lifecycle — from user research and discovery to ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and translate insights into actionable design decisions
  • Organize and facilitate design workshops to foster collaboration, alignment, and innovation across teams
  • Create elegant, user-centered solutions that balance usability, business objectives, and technical constraints
  • Develop interactive prototypes and polished UI designs, refining them through user feedback and data analysis
  • Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring scalability and coherence across products and devices
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes
  • Build empathy with users through research and storytelling, turning insights into design improvements that enhance workflows and efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to design for multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences
  • Strong command of design thinking, user research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting
  • Exceptional visual and interface design skills with a keen eye for detail and usability
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, especially with Auto Layout and component systems
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale effectively
  • Experience working in agile environments and managing multiple projects with autonomy
  • Ability to deeply understand user motivations and translate them into delightful, efficient solutions
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Vibecoding or similar interaction design tools
