Senior Product Designer - Remote - EMEA

This role offers the opportunity to lead the design of innovative, user-centric products in a fast-growing SaaS environment. The Senior Product Designer will guide projects from discovery through delivery, applying design thinking principles to solve complex problems and create visually compelling, functional experiences. You will work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, customer success, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes that meet both business objectives and user needs. This position emphasizes empathy-driven research, strategic ideation, and iterative prototyping to deliver impactful designs across multiple platforms and devices. You will also play a critical role in maintaining design consistency, evolving the design system, and shaping the product experience for a global user base. The role is fully remote but requires collaboration within the EMEA time zones. Accountabilities

• Lead the full design process, including research, discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and inform design decisions
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to drive team consensus and decision-making
• Develop user-centered designs that balance business goals, technical constraints, and usability
• Produce polished interactive mockups and prototypes, iterating based on user feedback
• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across multiple devices and platforms
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver impactful solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
• Proven ability to design for multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Strong expertise in all phases of design thinking and user-centered design
• Excellent research, storytelling, mapping, and blueprinting skills
• Strong visual and interface design capabilities
• Highly proficient in Figma, including advanced features such as Auto Layout
• Experience building empathy with clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that delight users
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work independently
• Experience working in agile environments
• Knowledge of Vibecoding or similar technologies is a plus
