Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/UI design experience with enterprise platforms.
• 3+ years leading high-impact strategic initiatives.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating intuitive design capabilities.
• Visionary thinking coupled with attention to detail.
• Experience nurturing talent within design teams.
• History of impactful product launches and design successes.
