Accountabilities In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-impact video content that supports performance marketing campaigns and strengthens brand presence across multiple digital platforms. You will combine traditional editing expertise with AI-driven animation techniques to deliver innovative and engaging visuals.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social platforms such as TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels
- Use AI animation and video generation tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kling, and similar platforms) to create dynamic and innovative visual content
- Collaborate with creative strategists and marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling video concepts aligned with campaign objectives
- Develop motion graphics, animated sequences, and AI-generated visuals to enhance storytelling and engagement
- Adapt and repurpose content across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements
- Incorporate performance data and creative feedback to continuously optimize video output and engagement results
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, pacing, and visual identity across all video assets
- Manage and organize video files, project assets, and deliverables in a structured production workflow
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI animation, video editing, and social media content best practices
Requirements You bring strong experience in video editing and motion design, combined with a passion for experimenting with AI-powered creative tools. You understand how to produce content that performs in fast-paced, data-driven digital environments.
- 2-4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, animation, and AI-generated visual content
- Hands-on experience with AI video and animation tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kling, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is a plus
- Experience creating performance-driven content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of short-form video formats, platform-native storytelling, and aspect ratio optimization
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into visually compelling outputs
- Strong visual storytelling skills, including pacing, rhythm, composition, and narrative structure
- Experience working in collaborative environments with marketers, designers, and strategists
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with AI tools, iterating quickly, and adapting to emerging technologies
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and creative iteration
