World Insurance Associates is a unique insurance organization offering top products and services from major providers, combined with attentive service from local agents. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Website Project Manager to join our dynamic team, responsible for managing website projects and ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage website projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Utilize HubSpot for website management, including content creation, landing pages, and marketing automation. Ensure seamless integration with other marketing tools and platforms.
- Support implementation and oversee SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. Collaborate with external SEO agency and monitor SEO performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and content, to ensure project alignment with business goals. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure websites are functional, user-friendly, and meet design specifications. Address any issues or bugs promptly.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics, user behavior, and project outcomes. Use data to drive continuous improvement.
QualificationRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Website Project Manager or similar role
- Expertise in HubSpot, including website management and landing page creation
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and user experience
Preferred
- Certification in HubSpot, SEO, or Project Management
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development principles
