Business Analyst With UI/UX Experience (Partner To PM)100% remote, supporting PST and MST hours no EST candidates.Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops/interviews with Renewals, CSM, and Leadership personas to capture triggers, workflows, and plays.
• Translate playbooks into assistant intents, requirements, and success metrics.
• Create and refine wireframes/prototypes (Figma) for simple, action-first user flows.
• Partner with data and engineering to map required data sources and identify gaps.
• Prepare UAT scripts and pilot readiness documentation.

Profile:

• 6 8 yrs as BA/Product BA with UI/UX awareness & design experience.
• Strong at bridging business needs, data structures, and user-experience design.
• Comfortable working iteratively and presenting to senior stakeholders.
