Job Description 

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team full time. This role is ideal for someone with strong creative leadership and a proven track record in brand design, editorial design, and digital content. You’ll work across a range of client projects - developing brand identities, designing presentation decks, creating compelling editorial layouts, and shaping engaging user experiences. 

This is a hands-on design role with opportunities to take ownership of projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with our strategy and digital teams to deliver outstanding work. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the design process across branding, editorial, digital, and presentation design. 
• Translate client briefs into strong, impactful visual concepts. 
• Create and maintain brand systems and guidelines. 
• Design high-quality editorial layouts, decks, and marketing materials. 
• Contribute to UX design for digital products and websites. 
• Ensure creative consistency across all client and internal projects. 
• Support and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback. 
• Work collaboratively with copywriters, developers, and project managers. 

RequirementsEssential: 

• 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency setting. 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, editorial, and digital projects. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines. 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
