Senior Product Designer (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,386 – $163,606 annually Responsibilities

• Define and drive design vision for major product domains
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align design and business strategies
• Lead complex design challenges across the company' ecosystem
• Anticipate future user and business needs to shape strategies
• Establish design frameworks, principles, and standards
• Mentor Staff and Senior Designers to enhance design leadership
• Influence teams using storytelling and compelling design narratives
• Ensure design quality and accessibility across all products

Qualifications

• 9-12+ years in product design with leadership on multi-product systems
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing strategic impact and organizational influence
• Proven ability to shape design strategy and drive business outcomes
• Deep expertise in research and data-driven decision-making
• Extensive experience in leading and scaling design systems across teams
• Strong background in B2C and/or B2B SaaS environments
