• Oversee the introduction and implementation of a new digital product within an established healthcare customer network.
• Lead multiple workstreams and manage both technical and business deliverables.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to ensure successful project and program outcomes.
• Manage project/program budgets with full control over a minimum of $5M spend.
• Ensure the delivery of business solutions and digital products in a large, complex environment, especially within the Healthcare Payor industry.
• Execute strategic planning, system development, implementation, and maintenance across diverse platforms.
• Coordinate schedules, compliance/update calls, vendor interactions, risk management, and project escalations.
• Simultaneously manage and deliver multiple related development projects, leveraging knowledge of SDLC and project management best practices.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, KeyedIn (preferred), and Visio.
• Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders to facilitate project alignment and success.
• Support adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
• Prefer candidates with PMP certification and significant experience as a Tech Analyst in healthcare payor environments.
• Report on project/program status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Must Have

• Health insurance customer experience (current/recent)
• 5+ years as a Tech Analyst in a Healthcare Payor environment
• Experience with digital product launches and new digital products
• PMP certification
• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years (or 12+ years without degree) in project/program management
• Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple concurrent workstreams
