  • Lead a team of front-end developers in designing, developing, and maintaining complex user-interface applications using Angular framework.
  • Support hands on development of Passenger Vetting suite of user-interface applications using Angular framework.
  • Support code reviews and mentoring for junior developers.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner, system engineers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders on the team.
  • Utilize modern development best practices including developing modular testable components.
  • Implement test-driven development methods, supporting end-to-end testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree
  • 8+ years of experience in user-interface / front-end application development with at least 5+ years of recent Angular development
  • Expert-level experience in front-end Angular framework
  • Development experience in GraphQL, JavaScript, SASS, CSS3, HTML and similar technologies on multiple projects
  • Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks (Mocha, Jasmine, Karma, etc.)
  • Experience with 508 Compliance and Accessibility standards
  • Knowledge of Agile Frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience with the U.S. Web Design System (https://standards.usa.gov/) a plus
