Job Description Insight Global is hiring a UX/Product Designer with 3+ years of experience for a fully remote opportunity supporting a Fortune 100 Financial Services company. This role focuses on enhancing the functionality and usability of an internal employee portal. What Youll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user pain points and translate them into intuitive design solutions
• Apply critical thinking to identify user needs and align them with business goals
• Simplify and streamline a complex, information-dense portal to improve usability and efficiency
• Help Design / enhance tool that enable employees to optimize workflows and measure campaign effectiveness

Skills And Requirements

• 3+ Years Product or UX Design Experience
• Figma
• Experience working on Enterprise Tool such as a dashboard or Portal
• Experience with critical thinking and problem-solving skills by hearing user's pain points and turning that into tangible action for design enhancement and improvement
• Design System experience null
