Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Executive at LenX Consulting. The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. They will also collaborate with the marketing and brand development team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Please note that this is an individual contributor, commission only sales role. Uncapped commission. OTE expected to be in excess of £60K p.a. in the first year.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading outbound sales efforts to identify and engage with potential customers.
- Running discovery and consultation calls to evaluate fit and showcase our services and their value.
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term successful partnerships.
- Cold calling, pipeline management and forecasting.
What we are looking for
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities, with the capacity to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Reliable organisational skills, solid IT and numerical proficiency.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills.
- Experience in territory management and client relationship building.
- Knowledge of marketing services including brand development, video production and web design and development.
- Experience in the creative industry is a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluent English written and spoken.
