UX/UI designer

Linijos is currently seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our design studio. This individual should be comfortable with building wireframes and prototypes to provide to project manners and inevitably execute based on outlined criteria. This candidate should possess strong creative and UX design skills, as well as familiarity with various design technologies and tools. 

Professional Background:

• Proficiency in Figma is required
• At least 1 year of professional UX/UI experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of UX and visual design principles,
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality digital products across multiple platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian
• At least a B2 level of English
• _3+ years of experience at design agencies will ensure a higher salary_Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Design and maintain comprehensive UI component libraries and design systems
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints and deliverables
• Work closely with developers to ensure precise implementation of design specifications
• Create and maintain detailed design documentation and style guides
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

_The position is entirely remote with some workations, meetups, and lunches with the team sprinkled throughout the year.__We will provide you with all the necessary tools to work.__The salary starts from 1400€ netto (after taxes) and will__increase based on your skills and experience.
