Job Title: Part Time Designer (Beauty)Location: RemoteWe are looking for a talented Part Time Designer to join our growing team. 

As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating digital assets for email, website and social content. You will work closely with our marketing team to craft design that aligns with our clients' brand aesthetics and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Design (templates, campaigns, flows)
• Website Asset Design (banners, landing pages, graphics)
• Social Content Design (organic posts, stories, reels)
• Social Ad Design (paid static + motion)

Position Overview: 

• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to bring marketing campaigns to life. Communicate design concepts effectively, welcome feedback, and incorporate edits in a timely manner.
• Industry Knowledge: Understand the unique needs of beauty and skincare brands and their target audience. 

Key Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Figma.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or willingness to learn.
• Proven experience in digital design, experience with beauty or skincare brands is a plus.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing your ability to create beautiful, functional, and conversion-driven email designs.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of beauty and skincare products, trends, and consumer behavior is a plus.

• Compensation: $40/hr - $50/hr, DOE 
• Part-time flexible working hours: 30-40 hours a month.
