Frontend Engineer (Pixel-Perfect)

Role Description We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our core team. You’ll own the look, feel, and usability of March, building pixel-perfect, responsive, and production-ready interfaces that bring our product to life. This role is about craft and execution, ensuring that every detail of our UI/UX is implemented to the highest standard while making the product fully functional by connecting to APIs and backend services. What You’ll Be Doing

• Building pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces with React/Next.js and Tailwind.
• Implementing animations, micro-interactions, and transitions for a world-class user experience.
• Ensuring frontend performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
• Integrating APIs (REST/GraphQL, Stripe, auth, search) to make product features functional.
• Collaborating with design (UI/UX), backend/AI engineers, and the founder to shape product experiences.
• Iterating fast: ship → test → improve.

• Strong skills in React/Next.js, Tailwind, and modern frontend tooling
• .Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI/UX in production
• .Knowledge of API integration (REST, GraphQL) and handling data flows
• .Experience with frontend performance optimization and responsive design
